Special features:
item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves. Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners. The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface with minimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

It couldn’t be easier. The easy-running roller conveyor with steel axles and an exceptional service life is delivered ready to install. Simply cut it to the necessary length, select the right brackets, screw it in place and your conveyor line is good to go!
Depending on how smoothly the line needs to run, you can choose between the standard Roller Conveyor D30 (33 mm axle spacing, with or without flanged wheel) or Roller Conveyor D30/2 (16.5 mm axle spacing).
Things that would scratch or damage standard castors can usually be transported directly on Roller Conveyor St D30 with Steel Tyres, without first having to be placed in a container. Thanks to their steel covering, the roller elements in this conveyor are resistant to hot, metallic and sharp-edged components.
